Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery times
- Major metros (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban): 2–4 business days
- Regional centres: 3–5 business days
- Outlying areas: 5–7 business days
Shipping costs
- Flat-rate courier: R99 nationwide
- Free shipping on orders over R1,500
Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number emailed once your parcel is collected by the courier. You can follow your delivery in real time.
Delivery address
Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We can update the address before dispatch if you email us quickly at admin@ariimicreek.com.
Failed deliveries
If the courier cannot reach you after two attempts, the parcel is returned to us. We'll contact you to arrange redelivery (additional shipping fees may apply).
